Privacy Policy

WireCoder ("we", "us") builds electrical-code calculators. This policy explains what we collect and why. We do not sell your data.

What we collect

• Account information — your email, account identifier, and any name or profile image you provide when you create an account or sign in, so your subscription and saved jobs follow you across devices.
• Purchase status — your subscription entitlement is managed by RevenueCat (and the App Store / Google Play / Stripe). We receive whether you have an active "pro" entitlement, not your payment card details.
• Saved jobs — calculations you choose to save. These are stored on your device, and synced to our backend (Convex) when you are signed in.
• Basic analytics & crash data — usage events, device identifiers, crash reports and performance diagnostics to improve the app. These may be linked to your account or device. We use PostHog for analytics and Sentry for diagnostics; we do not use this data for cross-app advertising tracking.
• Support requests — information and attachments you choose to send us so we can help resolve your issue.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We do not use your saved jobs for advertising.

Data deletion

You can delete your account and associated data from Settings, or by emailing us at support@altuzar.dev.
